made with love, faith x family

Jerky Fixx is a family operation out of Albuquerque. Every batch gets cut, seasoned and dried by the same crew you'll find behind the table at pop ups, festivals and a whole lot of softball games.

We started making carne seca for the people we love, and the people we love kept asking for more. Now there are over 20 flavors and a lot of folks around the 505 who can't quit.

How the
product gets made

The carne seca method, start to finish. Thin cut beef, a heavy hand with seasoning and a long, slow dry. No shortcuts and no filler.
